THE WOMAN IN BLACK

A lot of people from the fashion industry dress in black. I am also one of them.

Many people think that composing black clothes with black accessories is boring. In today’s post I will show you how to create a whole black look so that it looks stylish.

The woman in black

Black will always remind me of class. I learned this when I lived in Paris for some time. From that moment, black became my favorite color. Note that French do not like to stand out from the crowd, they love minimalism and aesthetics.

In September I took part in the Elizabetta Franchi S/S 2020 show. That day I put on an all black look.

I wore Helmut Lang leather pants, silk jacket, Chanel purse, & Other Stories belt, and black classic high heels.

Accessories… they make the outfit not look boring. A black leather handbag from Chanel does a lot here. A small minimalist gold detail blends perfectly with the gold buckle in the strap.

In my opinion, this look proves that combining black clothes with black accessories will not look boring. Leather pants and a jacket worn only on the bra and tied with a belt adds a little slack and sex appeal. In contrast, the handbag, pins and belt – add elegance and style.

P.S. Also note that the designers of the most important fashion houses always wear black. They say that “Black is appropriate. You can go virtually anywhere with an all black outfit…especially if you are a woman, you can even get in a black tie events with all black.”
